All packages are shipped discreetly in plain boxes or UPS pouches and show "Sunset Marketing" as the sender.
US Standard: Delivery to destinations in the Continental US. Orders shipped in this manner will arrive in 5 - 7 business days. PO BOX deliveries will be sent via the US Postal Service, but will use the same rate.
US Express: Orders shipped in this manner will arrive in 2 - 3 business days. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.
US Overnight: Overnight delivery to destinations in the Continental US. Orders shipped overnight will arrive on the next business day before 3:00 PM. This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.
Canada Express: Express delivery to destinations in Canada via UPS. Orders shipped in this manner should arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery dates can often be extended due to Customs inspections.
This option is not available for PO BOX deliveries.
International Express: Express delivery to destinations other than the Continental US and Canada via UPS. Orders shipped in this manner will arrive in 5-7 business days. Delivery dates can often be extended due to Customs inspections.
In some cases packages may have to be shipped via USPS Priority mail to avoid being rejected by customs. Packages shipped in this way can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. See Detailed International Policies
Same day Shipping
Our policy is to ship all orders received before 2:00PM CT on the same day the order is placed. In many cases orders placed as late as 4:00PM CT can be shipped the same day.

International (Non-US) Shipping Policies
To insure that our customers get their orders in a timely fashion, we ship most International orders via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service. We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do not profit from our shipping rates. The fact is that shipping merchandise across continents in a timely fashoin simply isn't an inexpensive undertaking.
* In some cases, orders will have to sent via USPS Priority Mail. This method is used when sending to either a PO Box or to a country to with extensively strict customs policies.
Additional Fees
Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific issues.
Shipment Refusal
Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order, we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Disclosure
We are required by law to disclose the full amount of any package's contents, and we cannot alter this value.
